In reality, this institution is the foundational department with the purpose of providing proper guidance to people in religious matters and conducting precise research on intricate jurisprudential issues in the light of the Qur’an, Sunnah, consensus, and analogy.
For finding the Islamic solution to daily issues, people have always referred to esteemed scholars and Muftis, just as is done in major institutions. Similarly, the Darulifta was established in the Jamiah Tefheez al-Quran School, Jame Masjid Goal Market, around 20 years ago. Since its inception, it has been under the supervision of authentic and knowledgeable Muftis. Countless individuals have benefited from this significant department of the institution, whether the issues are individual or social, verbal or written. In any case, the guidance to the inquirer is provided in the light of the Qur’an and Sunnah at Darulifta.
Muftis, in person, in writing, over the telephone, and now, by the grace of Allah, even through the internet, provide answers to people’s queries in accordance with Islamic teachings. Alhamdulillah, a specialized two-year course has also been initiated recently.
How to Submit a Question Online:
Before submitting a question, please go through the instructions provided on the website. It’s possible that the question you intend to ask has already been answered.
You can write your question in English, Urdu, or Roman Urdu. It’s better if the question is concise and free from unnecessary details.
Kindly ask only one question or questions related to the same topic at a time for easier categorization.
The administration has decided to initiate the online fatwa service. Consultation and the basic framework are being prepared in this regard.
With the establishment of the website, the facility for online fatwas will be available. After sending the question, please check your email. You will receive a confirmation message in your email. After sending the question, wait for the answer. There’s no need for repeated reminders. Due to the frequency of questions, it might take seven (7) to ten (10) days to provide an answer.
If there is a delay of more than ten days, you are requested to inquire through email or phone.
Also, some questions require research, which can cause a delay in providing an answer.
Your question will be printed and referred to Mufti Sahib. After the answer is prepared, it will bear the signature of the Mufti who wrote the answer.
After proofreading, it will be stamped with the seal of Darulifta, recorded, and sent to you as a scanned copy to your email address. It will also be archived on our website under the relevant category.
