Departments of Jamiah Tehfeez-ul-Quran
LIBRARY:
More than 2000 collections of books in the library are available for students and teachers. If anyone from the local area needs resources, the madrassa is always willing to provide support. The library digitization is under process and soon all the records will be available online and on library computers.

DARUL IFTA:
For 30 years, the Madrassa has been providing Darul Ifta facility to local people of Nazimabad mainly plus services to all who submit their questions on our website. Authentic (certified) Muftis available in Madrassa, supported by relevant staff, after careful searching, provide their opinions in writing, verbally and on our website.
Nazra Department:
In the This Department, we embark on a journey of understanding the Quran through recitation. Our goal is to help students develop proper pronunciation, intonation, and Tajweed (rules of Quranic recitation). Regular assessments ensure that students make steady progress in their recitation skills.
Hifz Department:
This department is responsible for teaching students to memorize and recite the Quran. Regular assessments and progress tracking are conducted, and parents are engaged in their children’s educational journey.
Dars-e-Nizami :
Daras-e-Nizami (Complete, Urdu/Arabic): This department focuses on providing students with a comprehensive education in religious sciences. Students progress from foundational levels to in-depth studies of Hadith according to the curriculum of Arabic seminaries. The school has a reputation for maintaining high educational standards, and students from all over the country come to study here.
Department of Education:
Education is the process of recognizing any thing from its beginning to its perfection. Teaching a naive child in such a way that they become acquainted with moral qualities, fulfill the rights of all humans, especially parents, relatives, teachers, and everyone, possess the correct perspective and thinking, adorned with noble attributes, and apply etiquette in life with strength, as if they are a messenger of peace for all their peers. The proper education and upbringing of a child is called “Tarbiyah” in Islam. The responsibility of a child’s education and upbringing has been entrusted to parents and guardians in Islam, and highlighting its importance, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said that teaching a child manners is better than giving a sa’ of charity.
Therefore, the “Tarbiyah Department” present in the Jamiah Tehfeez al-Quran is a crucial part of this education and upbringing for children. Considering the significance of children’s upbringing, the Madrasah administrators have established this as a separate department, reflecting their concern about the education and upbringing of the students. While education primarily aims at the upbringing of children, a separate department was officially established for this purpose in 2013.
Currently, in the Madrasah, every week during the classes for memorization and recitation of the Quran, there is a designated period for educational lessons, focusing on upbringing.
Since Islam is a complete way of life and contains regulations and guidance for all aspects of life, children are taught the manners and traditions of daily life, and they are encouraged to practice them in their lives. This includes understanding the rights and etiquette of parents, teachers, neighbors, fellow Muslims, and fellow human beings.
In addition, the virtues of Islamic months and accurate information about them are conveyed to children, so they can be protected from misinformation.
The syllabus for these educational lessons is carefully designed and taught according to it. A written and spoken examination is conducted along with the examinations of other subjects in the Madrasah. The successful students are rewarded, and all educational activities are presented in written form to the administrators of the Madrasah for further improvement. Thanks to Allah, the students benefit from it, and this small effort of ours is nothing but Allah’s blessing.
Tehfeez Department - Model School :
The school’s education is not only about enlightening students in religious knowledge but also about acquiring skills in modern sciences. From the very beginning, the school has provided education, and from the initial stages to primary education, memorization of the Quran has been made mandatory for students. Gradually, this has been extended to middle school, and thanks to Allah, for the past several years, the Madrasah has been providing free education up to the matriculation level.
Furthermore, the establishment of the Jamiah Tehfeez Model School has been put into practice, and in the coming years, God willing, education will be provided in the fields of science, arts, and commerce. Moreover, the institution provides complete support for students to take intermediate examinations. In the near future, an IT lab will also be established for students. God willing.
Future Goals:
- Organization of Inter-Student Competitions: Arranging competitions among the students.
- Hamd and Naat Competition among Memorization Students: Holding contests focusing on Hamd (songs in praise of Allah) and Naat (poetry in praise of the Prophet).
- Speech Competition: Conducting public speaking competitions.
- Administrative Offices: Establishing administrative offices.
Accounting Department :
Alhamdulillah, the institution has excelled in its competition with other schools due to its transparent accounting practices. Since 1985 until 2016, the institution’s accounts have been audited annually by a reputable audit company. Their reports are prepared, and these reports are also submitted to governmental bodies. The institution considers the funds received from supporters or donations as a trust and handles them with the utmost care. The entire process from receiving donations to their utilization is computerized. The accounts of funds received are maintained on modern software, and a dedicated team of accountants conducts regular checks to ensure accuracy.
Hostel Department :
For students who come from various locations across the country to pursue education, the institution considers it its responsibility to provide them with residence facilities. To this end, the institution ensures residential accommodations within the premises. It appoints a hostel supervisor responsible for the well-being and organization of the students’ living arrangements. This includes maintaining cleanliness, overseeing the students’ living conditions in changing weather, managing according to seasonal variations, ensuring their upbringing, awakening them for worship times, enforcing prayer and supplication routines, and making their presence in the institution beyond study hours a certainty.
Kitchen Department :
The Kitchen Department is responsible for managing the food and beverage arrangements for resident students within the institution. It prepares two regular meals and breakfast (tea, bread, chickpeas, sweets) for resident students with the support of generous donors. To maintain the quality of meals, the kitchen is regularly cleaned and organized. The head of this department, along with their team, consistently assesses the cleanliness of cooking utensils and ensures the cleanliness of all cooking items. They also review the menu according to the weekly plan and ensure the preparation of standardized meals.

For The Convenience Of The Students, A Solar System Has Been Installed In The Jamia So That The Electricity Bill Is Saved And The Students Do Not Have Difficulty In Studying Due To Load Shedding.
